Graphic Designer

About the role

Your designs will literally train our AI. Penster's Template Learning Engine learns what good healthcare marketing looks like by studying human-created templates — and those templates will be yours. You'll create the base creative library: social posts, ad creatives, carousel templates, all designed to be brand-safe for healthcare. Then you'll QA the AI's output and teach it to get better. This is a rare role where a designer's craft directly shapes machine intelligence.

What you'll do

• •Create the base template library — social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, and marketing kits for healthcare
• •Design brand-safe healthcare creative systems that work across dental, dermatology, and general practice
• •Build the bootstrap dataset that the Template Learning Engine trains on
• •QA AI-generated outputs — fix spacing, typography, composition, and brand consistency
• •Serve as Visual QA Lead for our RLHF pipeline, scoring and ranking AI-generated designs
• •Define and maintain style guidelines that keep AI output at a professional bar

What we're looking for

• •2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio
• •Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
• •Sharp eye for typography, spacing, and visual composition
• •Experience with social media and ad creative formats
• •Ability to systematize design — templates, kits, reusable components

Nice to have

• •Experience designing for healthcare or medical practices
• •Interest in AI-assisted design and human-in-the-loop workflows
• •Familiarity with motion graphics or animated templates
