Product Owner

About the role

The founder sets direction. You turn it into a plan the team can execute. You'll own the product roadmap for FeedGen, AdGen, and WebGen — writing PRDs, setting priorities, coordinating across engineering and design, and making sure the right things ship in the right order. This is a startup PM role: you won't just manage tickets, you'll shape what we build and why.

What you'll do

• •Convert founder's strategy into clear PRDs and specs for FeedGen, AdGen, and WebGen modules
• •Own delivery timelines and coordinate across engineering, design, and customer success
• •Prioritize the roadmap based on clinic feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
• •Run sprint planning and define clear acceptance criteria
• •Gather and synthesize feedback from clinics into product decisions
• •Make trade-off calls — scope, timeline, quality — and own the outcomes

What we're looking for

• •2+ years of product management at a startup
• •Can write clear, actionable PRDs that engineers actually want to read
• •Technical enough to debate architecture trade-offs with engineers
• •Strong organizational skills — you keep 5 workstreams from crashing into each other
• •Experience shipping under uncertainty — you don't need perfect information to make decisions

Nice to have

• •Experience with AI/ML products or creative tooling
• •Background in healthcare, marketing, or SaaS
• •Familiarity with Linear, Notion, or similar tools
