Software Engineer (Fresher)

About the role

You'll join a team building an AI marketing platform from the ground up. Your first week, you'll ship code to production. By month two, you'll own features end-to-end. You'll build the dashboard that clinic owners use daily, wire up APIs between our AI modules, and create internal tools that make the whole team faster. We're looking for Tier-1 graduates who've already proven they can build — through startup internships, side projects, or open-source work.

What you'll do

• •Build dashboard features that clinic owners interact with daily — approvals, analytics, content calendars
• •Wire up frontend to FeedGen, AdGen, and WebGen APIs
• •Develop internal tools — admin panels, QA workflows, data pipelines
• •Write clean, tested code with mentorship from senior engineers
• •Ship features fast and iterate based on real clinic feedback
• •Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

What we're looking for

• •Recent graduate from a Tier-1 engineering college
• •Prior startup internship experience — you've seen what shipping under pressure looks like
• •Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals
• •Understanding of REST APIs and how frontends talk to backends
• •Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to have

• •Side projects or open-source contributions that show initiative
• •Experience with Next.js or similar full-stack frameworks
• •Familiarity with Python or backend development
