UI/UX Designer

About the role

Penster does a lot under the hood — FeedGen, AdGen, WebGen, approval workflows, analytics, content calendars — and all of it needs to feel simple to a dentist who has 10 minutes between patients. That's your job. You'll design the dashboard, onboarding flows, and the approval experience that makes an AI-powered platform feel intuitive. If you can make complexity disappear, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• •Design the Penster dashboard — where clinic owners approve content, view analytics, and manage their marketing
• •Create onboarding flows that get a new clinic from signup to first content approval in minutes
• •Build and maintain the product design system — components, patterns, and interaction models
• •Design the approval UX — how clinic owners review, edit, and approve AI-generated content
• •Translate clinic owner feedback into interface improvements
• •Work directly with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

What we're looking for

• •3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
• •Proficiency in Figma
• •Experience designing dashboards and SaaS products
• •Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean interfaces
• •Understanding of design systems and component-based thinking

Nice to have

• •Experience with healthcare or B2B SaaS products
• •Familiarity with frontend code (HTML/CSS/React)
• •Background in designing for AI-powered or data-heavy products
